Could someone please tell me why the chat feature isn't available?

This is only available to Pay Monthly Mobile customers and is accessible under the Help tab in the EE App.

If you are a Broadband or Pay As You Go customer, you would not see this option.

I was after the chat feature to chat online to someone from EE?

Hi thanks for the reply, I am a pay monthly customer with 4 lines on my account for family

As @Matt_124 has pointed out above, you should be able to access this in the Help tab on the EE app.

 this is all I get when I go to the help section on all numbers associated with my account?

It looks like you'll need to call our team directly @IAmMe30, and we'll also be able to double check why the chat option isn't showing for you.

It should appear at the top of the page as shown here:

Is your mobile account properly linked and showing billing details within the app?

Hi they are linked, I will give them a call this afternoon and see what's going on, thank you for your help
