TV signal

Why do the pictures and sound break up? This is happening on all channels despite the signal strength being 82%.

When I disconnected the ariel lead from the EE box and plug it into my television,  the signal is fine. Also another television which is in a different room and not connected to EE TV picks up Freeview channels with no issues.

Have you tried rescanning for the TV channels?

@Kris23, have you made sure that you have a cable going between the TV and your EETV box?  Have you checked how to set it up correctly for it to work?

Yes the box is connected to the TV is was working until last night. This is
the second box.

@Kris23, I would advise you to speak to the technical team at customer service, as the box may have developed a fault and may need replacing once again, unless they can come up with a solution if it had been previously working.
