Scrolling through tv guide getting stuck

The last few weeks my tv box has been randomly resetting. Now if I try and scroll through the guide or through menu items it won't do anything then suddenly goes mad and continually scroll. I've restarted the box a few times, restarted my router, left the tv box and the tv unplugged overnight but nothing will fix it. HELP

Call EE and ask for a new box. But first try new batteries in your remote and ensure the button isn't sticking.

I did change the batteries. I also have a universal remote and it does the same with that one.

I'd recommend contacting our customer care team as it sounds like the box may be causing the problem, since you've already tried another remote.
