Not sure if this will work, and this is from information from an old thread on here:
Turn the box upside down and put a paper clip or pen into the reset button.
You will have to put your password back in for your wifi.
If this does not work, you will have to contact EE.

I have tried that an it hasn’t worked, so not sure what I am do now
I would suggest giving EE a call on 150 and see if they can do anything. Sorry that I can't be of more help.
