Getting very frustrated now EE!
I have spoken with customer services on numerous occasions, had the box reset, hardrive wiped and then replaced...to have the same problem with the new box!
At the point where I am considering my options going forward as clearly we are not receiving the service we are paying for.
I can see posts from disgruntled customers going back a couple of years so not a new issue.
EE - Sort this out or I take this further!
I recommend getting back in touch with technical support. They're in the best position to investigate this further.
