I've been off ine for 12 hours now. i am a sole trader and need my phone. Off to Norway on business this morning. No response from customer service lines. HELP!!!

EE staff are not avoiding this thread this thread is not a place to ask for help on so no EE staff will be aware that a request for help has been made on if.

Would be interesting to see the post count before and after, it does seem quieter now, maybe as people can't work out how to post or too busy scrolling.
Yes, it would! My impression is that the footfall has fallen since this new Community.
Also, I notice more posters are now posting in old archived forums than of old. Probably coming here via Web searches. I wonder why this is? Can't find your way around here so GIYF?

I find EE or Windows 10 - whatever, a pain in the asss, especially when it takes me 20 mins to connect !!! - is it not about time us payin customers can get an easier life - please !!!

Hi guys signed up for Android app beta got a link with regards to using a private forum for bugs and stuff but when I click it says I don't have the correct privilege to access it has the forum gone live?

Welcome to the community,
It looks like you have not been accepted or not yet. You should have received an email welcoming you to the beta forum. Yes it is live, but it is down to EE to give you permission, your profile has probably not been updated to allow you.
