Order cancellation in store

My friend went to the EE store yesterday. 

1. Signed a contract for an iPhone 17 Pro Max, which they’ve already ordered (delivery in 3–4 days).

2. Collected an Apple Watch, which is sealed and unopened.

Now she doesn’t want either device. Can she cancel the phone before delivery and return the unopened watch? What are her chances with EE?

Welcome to the community. 

I would definitely recommend going back in store, when you purchase a device in store there is no returns policy unless you have signal issues or the device is faulty. 

As the iPhone has not been delivered yet, your friend should be able to cancel the order, here is more information on Orders And Returns
