EE app isnt working

Why can't I login to the EE app. I put in my username but as soon as ive continued after entering my password it just kicks me back to the login page. Its also said its trying to open the app which ive already opened. Is there a way of getting on my app as its handy and easier than trying to go through the website on my phone

@TCow75 try deleting the device cache and then delete the app and then reinstall it and try again

Welcome to the community.

I know how handy it is to have access to the EE app.

If you haven't already, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that lets you login.

I know you mentioned preferring the app, but it is worth trying to login through the EE website, just to make sure your account access is working overall.

If you still can't get access to the app after installing it again, please call our tech guides, and they'll be able to look at this further for you.
