Hi
I can see there have been issues with this previously but I haven't seen a solution.
I'm working on a web browser, not the app, and can view previous bills but it wont let me download as a pdf. There is in theory a link to do this but it is not an active link and when I click the download button nothing happens. Please can anyone provide a solution?

Welcome to the community.
I can understand how frustrating it is to click what appears to be a link but it not working.
If you haven't already, please try to clear the cookies and cache and try again, and also try another browser or device, or even the EE app if you are able to. This will rule out it being browser or device specific.
If it does carry on across different browsers and devices, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can look at this further, and if they need to raise a ticket.

Thanks Michael. I have tried on both the app and the PC. I don't know if it is because they are over 9 months old but that seems strange as the bill is there to view. I will speak to your tech guides.

If you can see the bill details, you should be able to download the bill @frustratedrn.
I've just tried one in my app and was able to download a bill from 14 months ago.
Please keep me posted with how you get on with the team.
