Hi everyone so basically been having issues with my contract for months now on payments plat paid it other day before trying call someone said not paid it my account is suspended when I’ve paid it so confused message live chat waiting nearly 3 hours anyone has any suggestions what to do

@Aliciaellaaa once an overdue payment has been made. It can take up to 24 hours before you get a working connection again.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
