Scam Phone call 0161 505 1067

I made the mistake several months ago, giving my details to a scam text message. Am I correct in forwarding the numbers and messages in to 7726. Are these messages read and followed up? The number is 0161 505 1067. It’s the same local accent I speak to  time every time. Any other numbers I can report this to? And is it worth reporting to police? Thanks

Yes, forward the text & its originating no. to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).

That landline no. is from the Prestige Telecom Group.
