Problems with signal booster box which has stopped working.

My EE signal booster box has stopped working.  Box and router have been rebooted, but there is no signal for my mobile phone to pick up.  The red light on the box is flashing continually.  The router is a BT hub.

Any suggestions as to what to do?

Re: Problems with signal booster box which has stopped working.

Good Morning @AncientBrit46.

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to try a pin reset of the signal box?

There will be a pin reset hole on the back of the box, you would need to use a pin to press and hold it for 10 seconds.

Let us know how you get on with this.

Jon

Thank you very much for your suggestion to reset the booster box - perfect!  It worked first time.

The problem arose after I had disconnected and reconnected to the broadband router, although it had never happened before.  Just to check I did the same again, and again had to reset the booster box.

Thanks again.
