Re: Pinn to retrieve voicemail? Never needed before....

Hi @Torymadden

Welcome to the community. 🙂

Whereabouts in the world are you? Could you try manually connecting to another mobile operator?:

Device type Steps
Apple Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF
Android Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

I believe that some operators require a PIN when others don't.

Thanks @Torymadden.

Are you able to try connecting to another network while you're there?

Have you tried restating the phone?

Tried turning on and off. Made no difference.

Thanks

Re: Pinn to retrieve voicemail? Never needed before....

Thanks for trying @Torymadden.

What other networks were available when you tried to search?

It may be because you're connected to EE that it's asking for a pin. Is Orange available to try?

Yes it worked! Thank you. Does it matter which carrier I’m on?

It was just on Automatic and I swapped as you said to Orange then voicemail worked.

Thank you, hope this helps other EE users when they go away and can’t pick up their voicemail.

Brilliant, thanks @Torymadden. 😄

It doesn't matter which network you connect to, as long as it works. 🙂

Enjoy the rest of your trip!
