I have upgraded to a new phone but have not yet got this and my current phone now has no service
@Lozmort Unfortunately sometimes a SIM card gets deactivated before it should do as you can not have 2 SIM cards with the same number. Your number will be on the new SIM card that’s coming with your new device.
