How do I use my international add on?

A few hours ago I bought the international 250 minutes add on but every time I try to dial an international number it says “The number you’re calling is barred from your phone, I m sorry, Goodbye”. Is there a special code that I should call first please?

Hi @AHT

Have you activated international calls and roaming? See here:

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

Thanks

Are you in UK? If not, where are you? International add-ons & SIMs are meant for calling abroad from the UK.
