I used to be on Three, but switched to EE. (Which was a total nightmare thanks to Three!!) I eventually got a PAC code and kep my number, but my parents, and some other family can't call me - it says 'this number is unavailable' - the common theme is that they're all on Three!
Anyone know why this might happen and how to fix it?

Thank you @Katie_B I called the team and they have reported the issue to three and it should be sorted within 72 hours!
