Just want to know if I get to pay extra charges for making or receiving calls on my EE mobile line while on holiday@ Prague.

No, the Czech Republic is in the EU where you can use your UK allowances.

Your roaming data is capped at 15GB usage per month on contract.

Payg data use as U.K. including EE packs/boosts you may have for data.
