I am a sim only customer with the same question about voicemail charges. However, I apparently don’t have the correct privileges to be able to read the EE guide and so have no idea what the reason/response is! Could there be a little more clarity? Or could voicemail be an add on at a couple of pounds a month? I resent having to pay 65p a time for a hang up message when the voicemail activated but they don’t leave a message, so mine is currently turned off! I would rather use it though!

@Gidgetbookworm : This is an old thread & that article has since been archived. The current explanation of this is to be found in How do I check and use my voicemail?

Basically you are not charged for listening to your VM while within EU.
