Datapack

Hello

I have recently transferred from voxi and I'd like to know if the 100 minutes are only in ee network or they are available to every network.

I asked because I tried to call my friend thats on vodafone and it says that I dont have credits but I have 92 minutes left.

I'm on 10gb datapack.

Thank you!

Re: Datapack

I'm not aware of a 10GB phone data pack. Could it be a mobile BB data pack? How & where did you get it? How much you pay for it? If it is free, how much did you top-up?

What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?

Re: Datapack

Sorry I forgot to add a "p" to gb. It's a 10GBP datapack.

Texting al to 150 gives the following message:

Your current balance as of today 23:37 is £0.00. You have 92 minutes, unlimited texts and 1.2GB remaining until 01/03/2019 for your £10 Data Pack. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee

For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices

Thanks for your reply!

Re: Datapack

Ah, OK, I can now ID it. The 100 mins (92 remaining) can be used to call any UK no. from the UK (or any EU no. from mainland EU).

What are the 1st 6 digits of the no. you are calling?

Re: Datapack

That's a Tismi no. They are a European-wide provider. It is possible that EE does not consider them a UK provider but as an MVNO..
