Change from Orange Pay as you go to EE

I have £23 left on my Orange pay as you go.  Now being changed to EE. Money on Orange lasted indefinitely does it on EE,  Just put money on as going  abroad a few months don't want to loose it as don't use it much only for emergencies.  How can I get information.  Can I still use my Orange top up card to put more on.  Thanks for any help.

Hi @Granny12,

Welcome to the EE Community.

In addition to @Chris_B and @XRaySpeX's great answers, I'd recommend taking a look at Orange pay as you go is moving to EE to find out more.

Thanks for your question.

Re: Change from Orange Pay as you go to EE

Thanks for the info. I will wait until they inform me I am on EE then I will send text to 150 unless you think I should do it now before they take me off Orange.. I don't want to go onto a bundle. How do I get a new top up card.?

@Granny12   EE use packs that last 30 days if you want a standard PAYG text STOP PACK to 150 and you’ll not be using packs and all your credit will go towards calls and texts, I also believe you’ll need a new top up card.

Make sure you make a chargeable call or text at least once every 180 days to keep it alive & retain your credit.

Re: Change from Orange Pay as you go to EE

STOP PACK doesn't work on Orange. You sure you haven't already been moved to EE 3G?

Your Orange top-up card should still work but visit an EE store to get an EE 1.

Thanks! You're welcome :)! Glad I could be of assistance.
