Calls failing and cannot receive calls

I can use the internet and I can text with no problems but people cannot call me and I cannot call them even with full bar. It just rings and then after 10 seconds it says call failed. This is my last ditch attempt to get some advise before I quit EE which is annoying because I never used to have any problems at all. I don't think it's my phone but I cannot be sure.

I have an iPhone 6s. At first I thought it was internet calling that might be the problem but it turns out it isn't. Any suggestions?

Good Morning @steveyk

Does your handset show full signal?

Are you able to test your SIM in another device?

Speak soon, Katie 🙂
