4G Calling is available across the UK on the 4G network. In this post I'll cover everything you need to know.
To use 4G Calling you will need:
If you have purchased your phone direct from EE or from a non EE retailer, the below information will let you know if your phone is compatible with 4G Calling.
We cannot guarantee 4G Calling will work when purchased from a non EE retailer.

There's no additional cost to use 4G Calling, it's a feature of our pay monthly and business price plans. Calls and texts come out of your monthly allowances as normal and anything outside of this will be charged at the standard rates.
Benefits and further information on 4G calling can be found on the 4G Calling Help page.

Good evening @leanne_T,
Looking at the list of phones that you have posted, what does the 'direct' and 'indirect' mean?
Does a tick next to indirect mean it has 4G Calling and 'No' mean it does not?
Thanks

Hi @Island_Lass
Direct means purchased directly from EE and indirect means purchased from another retailer.
The tick means 4G calling compatible and No means that it isn't.
Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure the iPhone 5s and 5c do not have VoLTE capability, only Wifi Calling so they should be removed from this list.

Just to let you EE guys know that the 4G Calling Help page (https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/getting-started-and-upgrading/using-your-phone-features/how-do-i-use-...) is out of date compared to this one! It needs updating!
