who can help with broadband

We have had no connection since Wednesday when I reported the fault, but didn’t get a phone call to book an engineer for tomorrow.  I’ve used 4 GB in my mobile and our household has no WiFi.  I understand someone is coming but why I’m I in this day and age having to wait 5 days from reporting for an engineer to vall

I am sorry to hear you have no broadband connection. 

 

When you spoke with our technical care team did they provide a time scale for the fault to be fixed?

 

Was this the earliest appointment they could find?

 

Do you know if the fault will require access to your property?
