what happens if my router is faulty

Does anyone know if your router is replaceable, i have had BT out the speed and line is fine but he says my router is very out of date, do EE replace or is it at cost to me?

Welcome to the community.

 

If you get in touch with our Broadband Care team, they will be able to replace your router for you.

 

Just let them know that you've already had an engineer out.
