Is it that you are moving from somewhere where you currently have EE BB? If so, have you already applied to EE for a Home Move?
What does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your the new address, using the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker, at foot of page? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your address,
