switching to EE

I am currently about to switch to EE fibre broadband, do you cancel my previuos provider or do I contact them?

No, you don't need to contact your old provider.  EE will do everything for you.  Dont' cancel anything yourself.

 

You will receive some form of communication from your previous provider confirming the switch over though once EE start the process (and they could possibly offer you a deal to stay) - this is just to make sure that you are fully aware of the switch over and to help prevent line slamming.

 

Out of interest, who are you switching from?
