my broadband was supposed to be activated yesterday but openreach didn't come and now i have no wifi, but I thought since I have an active line (switching from Sky) it doesn't require an indoor visit?
The engineer may not have had to come to your property and just the cabinet down the road.
I'd call EE and see what is happening. It could be it got suspended because BT Openreach had shortness of workers as some may be isolating.
