still without landline after 10 days

I move address 10 days ago i made EE aware and they also established a fault with my line, However this has not been fixed. I dont use mobile Phones so this is a big issue.

Ive tried In store however they said i needed a phone for them to contact me?? so the main problem is getting in touch with EE And theres no phone boxes near me..
