Had my broadband and phone install yesterday
Landline not so good, can call out but when I call in nothing.
PS - How on earth are you supposed to get any help from EE?
Does the phone announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
Hi there, thanks for the reply, I tried ringing their number but apparently they are prioritising the more needy at these times. My case is not so important, just frustrating, I was hoping they had some chat facility.
Hi there, thanks for the reply. 17070 announces the correct number, and I can dial out to my mobile fine, but if I try to dial into my house phone I just get a second or 2 of static and it dies.
