wrote off to EE to get my name changed 3 months ago..on my MOBILE & BROADBAND accounts.
Mobile account got updated... and was reassured everything has been changed on their back office systems.. 3 months on and the online account details on ee.co.uk, bills, the text messages and the emails all still reference the OLD name on the Broadband account.
How the hell do i get this fixed as every time (not an exaggeration) I ring customer services they reassure me its all been changed.. when it clearly hasn't

Danielle called.. I emailed the name deed over. She got the details updated shortly afterwards. She was a star! 🙂
