leaving early due too price rise

Hi,

After getting notification of the price rise and not getting offered a deal to stay with ee I would like to leave without penalty.

Do I have too tell ee or can I just sign up to another provider?

What timescale do I have?

Thanks

Re: leaving early due too price rise

You can sign up with another ISP but you should call EE by the due date just to inform them that is what you're doing. The due date was given to you in the email from EE informing you of this.
