Since 2016 until now, my landline connection get disconnected, 4th time calls, the signal won't connect but will show as busy but in 5th it will connect. I called the engineers regarding for this matter but they cannot do anything about it. I even called the BT and BT openreach, they advised me that you need to deal with EE about this matter. Ecven EE engineers mentioned me that this issue problem has been created about two months ago, but it is not true. I even have recaords of BT openreach in 2016 when they came more than 10 times to fix the issue on my landline. Even I am paying fully and this is the service I get. If there is emergency, how can I make calls or my parents, as no connection will go trhough like this. I won't even get compensated for it either.

Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

I do get dial tone, but if I use dial a specefic number, it will not dial but will make dial as busy, but in 5th time it will get dial perfectly as connection will be normal for dialing. It happens a lot.
