how do I access my bill via text message

Since on-line access for ex-Orange customers was discontinued (in December?), I still receive monthly emails to tell me my broadband bill is available for viewing, but I can't get into My EE to view it. I thnk there is a way of sending a text message to view it but I don't know the codes/

Re: how do I access my bill via text message

You can't.

I feel you are a bit confused. The discontinuation of online access to MyEE for Orange users was only for mobile a/c's. It had nowt to do with your Home BB a/c which was always separate, even if you still think of EE BB as Orange.

What you need to do is register a new MyEE a/c @ https://id.ee.co.uk/id/ , Add home broadband to it (don't attempt to add your Orange mobile as well as it will be rejected) & then answer a few security Qs about what you had already registered for your Home BB a/c like your landline no. & your payment method.

To phone EE: The local rate landline number +44 207 362 0200 or Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobiles; Option 2 for 4G WiFi; Option 3 for Home Broadband & EE TV.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC

Thanks for that. I thought I had done something similar yesterday but it didn't seem to work. Now I have got straight in.
