been with ee 2 days and my conexión is far beyond bad, i can't search, it takes ages, can't watch anything at all. my daughter can't do homework as she needs to log in with her ipad, what can i do?? this situation is very stressing

@josete  Have you tried restarting the router ? if you haven't turn it off for 30+ seconds then reboot if you have perhaps @XRaySpeX can guide you more.
