I created an account for my mobile phone several years ago but I never used it, now I've started to use a smartphone, I added the EE app but I can't get into my account because it was set-up with a name, not an email address, the EE app. says I need to use an email address as the name of the account, I've looked through my account details but can't find any way to change my account name to an email address.
Should I just delete my account and start again from scratch ?
any help or suggestions appreciated

But aren't you talking about a mobile MyEE a/c, not a Broadband a/c?
