15/9/22Joined EE Broadband only package. In store signed 24M agreement - awaiting arrival of router & engineer visit . Quoted 2 weeks . One month later NOTHING ! No notifications either by text email or phone call .

Horrible terrible company.

What a horrible money grabbing company you are. A nightmare to deal with. I would rather not have a contact or phone than have to deal with EE again. Shame on you and sort yourselves out.
