Has anyone else had their entire account messed up after placing an order for home broadband?
I cant register my new account on my EE app because it won’t accept my home phone number, my bank account details, email address or my mobile number.

I'd recommend contacting our Broadband Care team so they can look into your account for you.
We don't have access to your account on the community.
