Wrong order

Hi I ordered brodband from 65mb speed and 16mb upload. I recived from EE email download speed between 2.10 and 5,50

upload spedd 1mb minimum download speed 0,40 mb


This is Joke download 0,4

How to cancel this order or upgrade for what I ordered.

Those estimated speeds at USwitch are just adverts to the general public & therefore are only average speeds nationwide. Your actual speed will depend on your particular line.


What does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.
