Power light on Red all the time means faulty router. Phone EE for a replacement.

Are you a new broadband customer or have you been with us for a while already?

 

It's worth running through the steps on our fixing my home broadband connection help page if your connection has been working previously.

Thanks james_b but I've tried that too An the only way I can connect to link 192 is on I phone but can't do it on that an I've tried resetting to 😕

Which light? What are the others?

Have you just joined EE or are you already with EE?

What does it say in the Internet section on the initial Status page of the BrightBox after you log in? Obscure your names in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy.

Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? BrightBox 1 or 2?

Does the phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

The other lights are not on 😕Just the power and it's red and no other lights An yes it's plugged in An turned on how do I get it to work or how do I order new one as can't even log into my EE
