I've tried calling can't get thru, live chat is down and the shop is closed.
I've just got my bill for my ee broadband and checked my bank account but I've been charged nearly £10 less than my plan. Yes that's great but I don't want the rest taken out at a later date and me not knowing.
I'll do my best to leave the rest in the account. But I am forgetful.
Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do? The extra money would come in handy but I don't want to get stung later on.

You can't be charged more than the bill says.

They can't do that w/out informing you well beforehand (7 days) by posting you a new or revised bill.
