Why hasn't my money been refunded after a months wait?

Why hasn't my money beeen refunded? I changed broadband suppliers in October but EE continued to take money from direct debit. Rang and asked for a refund in December. Was told they would send a cheque. Still waiting. I'm not the only one this has happened too either. Quick to take money extremely slow to refund. I'm a pensioner and could have done with that cash over Christmas

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

You should be able to call your bank and ask them to remove the direct debit so EE cannot take further money from your account.

Sorry to hear you've still not received your refund.

 

As part of the Direct Debit guarantee you could also do an Indemnity claim via your bank.

 

This is refunded back to your account within 24 hours.
