Why hasn't my money beeen refunded? I changed broadband suppliers in October but EE continued to take money from direct debit. Rang and asked for a refund in December. Was told they would send a cheque. Still waiting. I'm not the only one this has happened too either. Quick to take money extremely slow to refund. I'm a pensioner and could have done with that cash over Christmas

There is no account access on these forums so you will need to call CS about this issue.

You should be able to call your bank and ask them to remove the direct debit so EE cannot take further money from your account.
