There is no account access on these forums, so you will need to speak to CS about your bill.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

If you haven't had an email saying why its gone up, or can't see any reason in your My EE Account, I'd recommend following @Northerner's advice and getting in touch with our Broadband Care team.
