Yes I know but it's only started appearing last month and this month and is an extra amount to my plan I set up originally so now have two debits coming out for two different amounts

What does that mean? Are you referring to how EE is titled in your BB bill?

The direct debit name EE use also changed a couple of months ago to say ‘EE Limited’ instead of the previous ‘EE & T-Mobile’ or ‘EE & Orange’

Both were started at same time part of same plan for mobile and broadband together gonna have to try get in touch again

Mobile & BB don't appear on the same bill. Thay are separate products & are billed separately.

Yes, but which BB product have you? Are you talking about 4GEE mobile BB? That counts as mobile, not Home BB.
