Why aren’t my details recognised to add home broadband to my account?

I am trying to add my broadband account to my ee so I can manage mobile and broadband.

 

I enter the details, and have double and triple checked my input but I keep getting an error message - personal details don’t match.

It wants your personal details as already registered with EE & is doing a security check. There's 1 thing in particular to be careful of when supplying your BB personal details.

 

The "Contact Email Address" requested when filling in the Home BB details is not necessarily the same as the email addy used as the username of the MyEE a/c being created or added to. It is the email addy EE already has on record for you for BB.

Thanks for response, i understand why the details are being requested. Its definitely the email address I entered. Im most frustrated with having no apparent alternative option as to how to link the accounts.

Call CS & they'll add your BB a/c to your MyEE for you.
