I contacted EE and I was told it was because of my outdated router. I have since been sent a new one but it also gives me speeds of less than 1Mb/s. It said on the packaging that it should take maximum 10 days for it to reach maximum speed. It's been a few months now, can anyone please help.
P.S. I am checking my speeds on my PlayStation 4 and on my Laptop running Windows.
