Where to find the end of contract term date

Hi all

I have a EE broadband fibre plan.

I know that I have a 18 month contract included, which should soon arrive to an end in one month or two.

Could someone please advice me on where to find the exact date of the end of the contract ?

Maybe I'm stupid, but my bill does not show it, and neither can't find it in my EE account.

Thanks !

They can argue that you should know when you took it out so should know when it ends in 18 months times.

I'd give them a call and ask.

Is there an upgrade section on the MyEE account for broadband? Click there might tell you there.

Re: Where to find the end of contract term date

Thanks for your reply.

No, it's not in the My EE Account - Plan summary.

It's only written:

What's included in your plan

  Contract Term

    18 month contract       Included

Does EE not suppose to give such basic information from your account ?

Cheers

Re: Where to find the end of contract term date

You won't find either your contract min. term date or even its start date anywhere in your MyEE for BB.

(The contract doesn't just end; it's only that the min. term expires. You need to cancel it or migrate out for it to end.)

You will either have to phone EE to find out or dig out your Welcome email if you've kept it. For that reason it's always worth retaining Welcome emails from EE Smiley Wink.
