EE is due to take over my broadband connection from 31/01/19. Howeverer, I still haven't recieved a router from them.
You will need to call EE to chase progress on this.
@colinbaker62 ring 0800 956 6000 and select the option for broadband

If you have setup MyEE for broadband, you should also be able to find information about the dispatch of the router.
