Well it appears that my internet has now been cut off. After checking my new account (still unsure as to why I have a new account) it appears not only has my internet been disconected, I have also been changed from Fibre (which was working fine) to standard Broadband. Why this has happened, I can not say. I have not requested this, I did not want this, but apparently EE thinks differently. What the hell is going on EE ? How many times are you going to mess me about, as you did it numerous times during a house move request, that you forgot about.

There is no specific account access on these forums so you will need to call CS and speak to them about specific account issues such as the one you mention.

What does it say in the Internet section on the initial Status page of the BrightBox after you log in? Obscure your names in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy.
Does the phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
