Using an Apple Airport extreme as my router instead of EE Smart Hub

Hi . -can anyone help with setting up an Apple Airport Extreme Router with an EE Smart Hub? I previously used Virgin - you could set their router to modem mode and then connect the Airport extreme via Ethernet cable.

I can't find a similar setting with the Smart hub and as the Airport Extreme does not have a modem connection I cannot plus the broadband directly into the router.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You could try disabling its DHCP & NAT so it doesn't act as a router to simulate Modem-Only.
