Transfer from Vodafone

Hello

Long shot and seems unlikely, but is there any way you can transfer a mobile, broadband and landline package from one provider to another mid term? Am currently a year in to a 2 year Vodafone contract, but by God they are utterly appalling. Want to be rid of them and looking at ways to do so without getting Rogered with high cancellation fees.

Regards

James

Re: Transfer from Vodafone

@jbarber84 :

  1. For BB & landline: If you want to migrate your BB to EE you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final bill.If you are still within the min. term you will have to pay Early Termination Fees. Don't do it instore.
  2. For mobile: Text PAC to 65075 (to port no.) or STAC to 75075 (to get new no.) from your Voda mobile. It will respond with your PAC/STAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC/STAC to EE. Your Voda contract will end when you are live on EE's network.

To phone EE: The local rate landline number +44 207 362 0200 or Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobiles; Option 2 for 4G WiFi; Option 3 for Home Broadband & EE TV.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC

Re: Transfer from Vodafone

Hi @jbarber84

Welcome to the EE Community,

you are able to transfer all three to EE but it would be subject to early termination charges on Vodafone's end.

Thanks,

David.
